When we start the procedure there is an initial blast of intense cold which is not painful, possibly odd. It’s not unlike coming inside on a very hot day to a very cold air-conditioned room, and the slight shock your skin feels with that. This soon fades away as your body adjusts to the temperature. You may feel a very slight pull as the suction mechanism is applied. (Depends on the type of applicator being used.) The area being treated may go numb for a short time as it’s happening. Most people are comfortable enough to write on their laptop, watch videos on their phone or read a book during treatment.

After the session is over there will be slight tingling as the treated areas is massaged by the technician. It’s not unlike when your foot or hand falls asleep and is waking up again. You will be able to go back to work or continue on with your day normally after it’s over.
